The recipe is super simple, but oh so delicious. It goes like this: chop some garlic and green coriander, add either paprika or red chili peppers, and squeeze lots of lime over this. Mix it all together.
Add lots of melted butter and mix it well again.
Take the prawns out of the pot, dip them into cold water and place on a greased tray that you can put into an oven. Spread half of the sauce on the top and put it into a preheated oven on the grill setting for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, turn them on the other side and spread the rest of the sauce on the top. Put them back into the oven for another 4-5 minutes and that's it!
