The Best Spanish Sangria Recipe

Not being a big fan of Sangria outside of Spain, I was a bit skeptical in the beginning. But this is so good and dangerous that it will get your guests tipsy in no time :o) Make lots of it if you want to have any left for yourself after serving 2nd/3rd/etc. rounds to everyone!

a couple of limes
1 orange
1 cup of rum (you can add more according to your taste later)
1/3 cup of sugar (also, add more if you like later)
a bottle of red wine (get a cheap one!)
1 cup of orange juice

Chill the fruits, rum, and wine. Slice the limes and orange and place them into a big bowl/pitcher. Pour rum and sugar over the fruits and keep it refrigerated for a couple of hours. You can add more rum before serving. As fruits will absorb the rum, don't add more at this point.

When you are ready to serve, lightly crush the fruits with a spoon and stir in wine and orange juice. See if you'd like to add more sugar or rum as per your taste.

Eso es todo! (Forgive my Spanish :o))

WOW! Koks netikėtas atradimas šis blog'as. Nemoku net paaiškinti kodėl, tačiau esu truputėlį apstulbusi dar.. :) Tikriausiai dėl egzotiškosios Indijos ir baltaodės lietuvaitės ten.
Fantastika. Būtinai įsidedu į savo skaityklą ;)

Sėkmės ;)
